[RMVX ACE] Graphics and music - Hanging On

I've been a mainly one person team for the past 6 months and it's really starting to eat away at me and I'm looking to have additional more full time members for Hanging on. All jobs given are not payed but if you give me work I'm more then happy to promote you and your work on the social platforms I use for my game work as well as implementing a donation button for you on the Hanging On dev blog on tumblr. Other small details to keep in mind, I use Google Drive for my work not Dropbox as I'm given a lot more space, there is a desktop app for drive similar to Dropbox so it wouldn't be a learning curve or anything to use it also to keep in contact I have three easy platforms, skype, steam, ans slack (wow all start with s) Now for the actual details.

Graphics
The game is done in a similar to mother 3/earthbound style so preferable experience in that area would be helpful. I personally am able to turn out a building a week a pace like that or faster would be preferred in your work though I'm not to picky on how long it takes things to get done as long as they get done. If your looking to apply for this it would be great if you could send me some examples of your work to look at!

Music
My current music provider hasn't contacted me in about 2 months so as far as I know they're out of the project. As with the graphics the music follows a similar mother 3 style some examples of the music already done for the project can be found bellow. Going about event triggered battles in RPG Maker

Since I've been getting to playing around with some enemies lately I'm wondering how others have used events as their enemies to start battles via battle process to do so since it can be done simply with player touch but doesn't exactly work amazingly.

Which direction to head with battle system

I've been thinking a bit about the battle system in my game recently as I've been working some enemies for the game and thinking as at this point I'm starting to create more my own game with mother series influences more then it being a mother fan game and I've started to wonder how I want to approach the battle system if it be using the default RMVXACE battle system modified a bit similar to how housekeeping is using it in Jimmy and the Pulsating Mass, something more similar to how Koi and Parallels are doing the on screen battlers, or to continue using CoozieKun's Earthboundish script which does have it's bugs and flaws and doesn't seem to want me to change the term magic to anything else without breaking the entire game. Any thoughts on which direction you think is best? I enjoy the mother system but if I'm not going all out with the timed attacks and everything I don't know if it's the way to go with bugs and what not

[RMVX ACE] Fading Roof

Basically I have made a gas station for one of my maps and cool that is great but I wanted to have so the roof-y thingy they always have over the gas pumps goes away while the character is under it and reappears when it's not I'm guessing I would go about this using regions and using a picture overlay perhaps? but what is the way you guys think it should be done?

Life Is Strange

I've been into this game recently as Episode 2 came out last week, i dont know if anyone else has looked into it but over all if your looking for a game similar in style to Telltale's games with strong female roles with an interesting story and mechanic you should check it out! Warning though for it is a high level M game.

I'm looking for a mapper for my game as it starts to get into full swing of development. I'm honestly pretty helpless at it so basically anyone comfortable with larger scale mapping of outdoor environments for Hanging On feel free to contact me I will provide graphics as I am a one person team.

Game details (If you want to read)
The game revolves around Addie a girl with a big imagination moving back to her hometown Nestway this begins her now normal life in a mother series inspired game. The game will be made in chapters with the first one not being that big so the main story of it involves moving in and exploring the town as well as the surrounding woods and meeting up with the first party member and going through a smallish dungeon

[RMVX ACE] Swapping Message Windows

Okay I've been working on my game and one thing that is quite a noticeable clash (at least for a mother series style game) is the dim background for the battle log.

Is there something I can do in the script so the dim background comes up as a standard window or in the battle system to make the battle log use a standard window?

Quick tiling request.

I've been starting to get back into my own projects and have gotten back to something I Was fighting before while making Prelude.

I've been unable to tile this tree successfully with the tiling I've seen most other trees that aren't a square tiled as and it would be greatly appreciated if I could get help to tile it.

I'm unable to offer any money for doing it but I'd be up for doing an art commission for who ever did it. Feel free to comment if your doing it.
