COBALTRACER'S PROFILE

I just downloaded RPG Maker 2003 and I don't know how to add chipsets to the program. I used to have this program but haven't used it in years and have forgotten everything. Is there another program I need to use alongside RPG maker 2003 in order to get new chipsets?
