It's an Achievement Hunter/RoosterTeeth joke. One of the guys has a hole with a cow in it and they let it out, but he put a new one back in. They were poking fun at him for it not being the real, original Edgar and he said that line - that they weren't the ones who understood. Edgar is the one in the hole.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.
