After mastering RPG Maker, which engine would you suggest using
I'm fairly familiar with RPG Maker 2003 and would like to cut my teeth on a new engine. How are Game Maker and Map 01? Any recommendations or thoughts would be appreciated.
How to make entering a building a one-time event in rpgmaker 2003
I need certain buildings to only be entered by my character on a one time basis. What conditional branch or switch should i set to ensure he only is capable of going into a building once?
Chipset Nightmare! Help!
I've created a world map in RPG Maker 2003, where, when I attempt to test run the game, only the upper layer is visible. It's as if the screen is blank, and all of the work I put into building a map has gone to waste. How do I get the lower layer to register in game mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have extended a lot of time and effort and am not willing to scrap the project without a fight.
Recive "error" message when I try to play my game.
I have added my game file to the "Downloads" section of my project. Yet, when I attempt to click the download, I receive this message:
"You're seeing this error because you have DEBUG = True in your Django settings file. Change that to False, and Django will display a standard 404 page"
Any help would be appreciated.
