Well, to put it in a good way, at least the Pokemon Bank is actually being released somewhere. I say be patient about it.

yeah I already found out and downloaded it. Got the free Celebi and try to transfer all my Black 2 and White game Pokemon.
(Hopefully that Philippines first Pokemon distribution event Mewtwo will go through. Since IDK if the English Pokemon name and Japanese OT will cause something bad to happened.)
