Making a game and the satisfaction of having made a game are two totally different joys to me. One's more of an obsessive drive, and the other's a warm, satisfied feeling.
Given my sizable library of completed games, I'd say I like making games.
What's this thing called "having made" a game? What... What is that?

Both! I really enjoy a lot of the designing and arting and coding of a project, although of course there are really tough, grindy parts too.
I think a lot of people initially fall in love with the idea of having a finished game, and during the process of making games they discover the parts of gamiking that they love - or that they don't like the process at all. It's *really* hard to finish a game if you hate everything but the final product!

I definitely love developing games, and I have fun with that knowing if I complete it I'll have that nice gooey feeling inside.
I love both!

i like planning games and finishing making them
the actual making and tinkering process? not as much (and that is probably why i don't have anything worth sharing yet!)
