lol well i feel stupid xD i left one key element out after going back and checking the event forgot to put in the unlock pan screen command in the event xD sorry for all that xwx thnks for the effort tho everyone
RPG Maker 2003 issue
I checked a previous event there is a pan screen event that pans the screen up four blocks, but i think that it may have the screen locked. How would i go about setting it to unlock the screen? so it will scroll with my character? I tried the switch on and off that did not work, there something else that anyone knows of?

he just walks off the screen where i cannot see him.
You might want to look at your events and see if there are unneeded commands that need to be erased.
I do believe it might be the pan screen event, i had a pan screen event occur in about two maps before the map im having the issue on. so i think that it has caused the screen to become fixed. its just been so long since i made an rpg i forgot how to end the pan screen from processing.

its just a simple teleport event from one map to the next nothing added to it. I believe something simple i over looked on a previous map though is causing one of my previous events to keep looping and not end.
