After jump to the chamber and found all four wells, what I have to do next??

The instruction said that I had to sip to each well in 50secs but after I sip all four wells in 50secs (actually 40secs) I still were killed by the ghost.
So what I should do to pass this mission

According the chapter 3, I have reached to the den and got knife and security room key already but I have no idea what should I have to do next. Could you please give me the hint.
