That's ironic...Suikoden II is what I'm playing on it now. And yea PSP sucks as a console if used for its intended purposes, which is why I only recently bought one...purely to play classic games, although I may have to check out CC and the GTAs.

Hacked PSP Sexyness
So I finally put all the effort in required to hack my PSP and get it up to the latest m33 custom firmware version. This shit is amazing, like total videogame overload! I've already tried numerous PS1 games and they look and run great. Some of the more popular PS1 games can be downloaded already in the EBOOT format so you don't have to make them yourself from the iso files. I've also put plenty of of SNES, NES, and Genesis roms onto my memory stick. Some of the SNES games require some tweaking to run at full or decent speed, but most work well. All of the NES and Genesis games I've tried run at full speed. Damn I wish I would have known about this sooner! Well I knew you could run emulators on a PSP for awhile, but I had no idea how awesome it is having 20 years of gaming history in my pocket.

Pearl Jam was good. Emphasis on was...none of that Worldwide Suicide crap. I like some of Eddie's music, but I'd like to punch him whenever he starts talking about politics.

This topic may have already died, but I just found this forum and just bought this game last night. I only played it for about 2 hours and I can say I have mixed feelings about it.
The story and characters seem good enough, and the idea of exploring 1000 years of memories is interesting enough in itself. One thing I noticed almost immediately was some really stupid art direction. Armor is supposed to be light and functional, but nothing seems light or functional about having a giant seudo phallic thing on top of your helmet, like the soldiers. Also, Kaim's outfit is just disturbing, and faggy. The combat system is really nothing special, but it serves it's purpose and some of the effects are cool.
All in all, this seems to be an ok game, but while I'm playing it I can't seem to shake the feeling that I'd rather be playing Chrono Trigger.

Linguar? Don't know him, but that's ok. I know enough about the history of RPG Maker, even if my view is probably a bit skewed. I found RPG Maker 95 just a few weeks before ASCII nailed KanjiHack, we all thought the scene was dead when that happened.

Damn I haven't visited an RPG Maker forum in years, well not since the fall of RMD. So is this the place now? The scene? I recognize a few names...Canuck, WIP, and damn Holbert is that you? From the friggin NeXus? I didn't think such a place existed anymore.
It's unfortunate that I know I don't have the time to get back into this stuff, well I never completed a game back in the day anyway, or even a demo. But it's cool this community lives on.
