I think you should consider increasing the steal success % in the fairy battle in human city. I actually recorded my battle and I think you should watch it and see if the time it took for me to steal in the battles was worth it or if it needs some tweaking. Here is the link to the video:

I do think that there should be more characters that can steal. I'm only aware of one character so far especially if you can steal scrolls during boss battles.

author=XenomicI didn't find any shops prior to clearing out the Mansion that sells skill books. It did make the game difficult at the beginning. You probably have to grind for about two hours at the beginning.
Skill upgrades are in the item shop as the books. I believe the NPC even mentions it in there too.
I found no bugs with exchanging dolls (you get to keep them).

I found a bug and have a suggestion in Eientei and a couple of others:
Bugs:
In the area where there is a circle of NPC's during escaping in Eientei, if you go down on the left side of the screen, the cutscene doesn't trigger. This may also happen on the right side as well but I haven't tried it.
Momiji's thunder slash DOES NOT hit at 95% accuracy. It's more like 75%.
I got a game over after one of your characters took an element and turned against the party. Fortunately it didn't happen a 2nd time.
In Eientei during the 2nd visit, one of the bunny looking guards that is guarding a treasure chest is a never-ending battle. This room is located 2nd from left. The room to the left of this has a guard that gave 3500 exp after defeating. In the same area a few rooms to the right, one of the doors didn't open.
In Remains of Hell (Castle area), I was unable to get to the treasure chest because I couldn't go under an arch (ceiling decoration).
When Reimu is not in your party, in Road of Reconsideration, when you head north, you will see Reimu say something that you need Konachi in your party before you can continue.
When Momiji is hit with a bad status event, you can't see her in battle. The same is true for Yuugi but for any bad status.
Possible bug: After returning to Eientei, the area where the NPC's are in a circle that you didn't defeat where still there.
In Mugenkan, you can by-pass the red-lady battle and go straight to the castle.
Suggestion:
The NPC's that you encounter should only be one instead of four in Eientei. I think four is overkill unless after winning the battle, four will eliminate on the main screen. I do think the escape is poorly designed and needs work in the area where NPC's follow you. You literally could get stuck in a bunch of battles.
Anytime you get to choose party members, it would be nice to see the character's current level & special skills prior to picking them.
I feel that all party members should get at least 10-20% (or the # party members you have) of exp earned, not just the ones that are active. I'll have a better opinion on this once I progress further in the game.
Do you have to have to have party member in your party in order to get a specific scroll to work or can they be inactive and they will still learn a scroll's skill?
Is it intentional that when you fight "wall" in a cave, beat it, leave room and re-enter, you have to beat it again?
I really feel you should add shops on the pathway to Mugenkan. If people don't at least make some attempts to level up Yuuka, I feel that they would be trapped here.
This would require programming but I think you should add a quest log for the main storyline & all of the possible sidequests.

author=Xenomicauthor=matskiWhat exactly are you having issues with? If you haven't upgraded skills, that will cause a lot of problems. Most enemies can be dealt with using primarily Cirno's Diamond Blizzard, and most things are vulnerable to Freeze and Paralyze I believe.
I'm in the forest of magic and I'm struggling. Does anyone have any tips?
I saw in the game that you can upgrade skills but I don't know how. I did beat the easy path today.

I found some bugs in v2.1:
-After defeating the volcano boss, when I went to the chief, the cutscene that plays after you defeated the bird replayed.
- I am still having issues with the lady letting me know when seeds are ready. One of my seeds I planted hasn't been ready now for over 10 hours of gameplay.
- When you first arrive in fairy island and you don't have the 6th party member, he will appear in the cutscene.
- The game crash on me in the Void Chamber when Peance scene came to in the village. (It's possible that a file didn't transfer correctly because I am playing through a USP port where the game content is stored)
- Hydro current spell works on all allies, not just one like the description says.
- Once all of your characters goes into the portal into Nivel for the first time, all of the birds that were in that area will appear when the screen darkens.

I completed the game in hard mode. I didn't max out the AP skill. I intentionally didn't get the last trophy changing the game mode. The last boss only took me one try to beat whereas the abomination took me twice due to I think the overpowering %hp reduction which I feel gets too overpowering towards the end. I take based on the ending, there will be a sequel?

I don't know, it only started happening at the 2nd round of abomination battle. I closed the game when I started round 4. I do find it odd that my "guard" would be affected. You would have to provide me a e-mail address as I had no luck uploading files on this system (unless I was doing it incorrectly).
