I want to make an ukrainian translation (from English language) of "The Gray Garden" by Deep-Sea Prisoner but when I translate text there such symbols

But untranslated text works right

I translate with help of vgperson's program which puts all the strings into Unicode scripts that can be edited and then imported. What can I do?
