Frame help needed!!

Is there any way to change a frame in Rm2k3?
I was hoping to add a sniper frame in an event, but I can't find an event that changes the frame. This sounds lazy, but is there an alternative solution that I missed, or do I have to do something with the picture events?

Midi man needed

Wow man, you're right. Thanks. I don't know why I didn't think of this before; I was probably just too overwhelmed with the fact that I have too collect a lot of midis.

Midi man needed

Hey guys. I had this idea for a rock rpg with old school graphics, but my plan requires a lot of midis of famous rock songs. If anyone is good with midis, pm me and I'll tell you more. Basically i want midi forms of rock songs.

Is it "Time deprives but all memories?"

What does the Latin phrase mean? I think there might be an error or two, but I'm not sure.

Your abandoned game ideas?

Most of the games I haven't followed through with haven't made it far. (To be honest, the farthest I've gotten with a game is just above 15 maps (without a story idea, and the mapping was crappy.)

But I do think I have some good ideas.

I was thinking of making a Roman theme game, but I decided not to work on that because I can't find Roman resources anywhere, excluding a battle background whose graphics didn't fit what I had envisioned for my game.

I was also thinking of a pirate game, where you go from town to town pillaging. I had some good concepts for it and a majority of my other games, but I guess I should save that for Game Design and Theory. TO be honest, I know of had a load of ideas that would turn out well in the right developer's hands, but I can't think of them all now. Most have been deleted because they started off so badly.

Currently, I think I have some exceptional ideas, and I don't want those to go waste. I have enough resources, but I think I need someone who is accustomed to making great RPGs. Yeah, I know, it's desperate. But if anyone is willing to help a noob(who's been working with RM2K3 for a half a year and still hasn't produced anything), I'd be grateful. If you don't have enough time though I understand. It isn't grave.

PICTURE REQUEST

For example, when I go to the control panel, I can't change any settings.
Sounds to me like you're running on a restricted user account and not an administrator account. I'm guessing that computer isn't your own?

That aside, you can take screenshots if you have at least Windows 3.1 or otherwise some kind of graphical operating system at hand.

Nah Whenever I turn the computer off and on again, it goes to the administrator's account. If I were to try the control panel from there, then it wouldn't work.
Yeah, the computer is my family's old one. No one uses it anymore so I took it for RM2K3.

PICTURE REQUEST

LOL, I guess I was just too lazy to figure it out. I will try your suggestions. When I said my computer was old, I meant it was laggy, and when I tried to do certain things it failed me. For example, when I go to the control panel, I can't change any settings. I can still use RM2K3 properly though. At least I think... But anyways if it doesn't work I will probably just pm you the game file (if that's possible) haha sorry I'm kind of a noob at this.

PICTURE REQUEST

I just need someone to take pictures of my game and send them back to me. I do not need the pictures immediately, but I could use them in two weeks or so. I myself cannot take pictures because I believe my computer is too old. If anyone does know how to take screenshots, please inform me. The game is called "The Russian Winter." Whoever volunteers will be put into the credits. NOTE: I cannot take more than two volunteers as that would kind of overdo it.

Retro Game in development

Looks cool, but I wanted help with my own game. I want it to be a cross between an action game like metal gear solid and a typical rpg game...anything helps!!!

If anyone does help, I would be more than happy to include his/her name in the credits.

I nearly forgot, I also think it would be cool to include a slight horror theme in the game.
