RAGENGAUGE'S PROFILE

So I wanted to play an old rpg maker 2003 game which isn't packaged with the RTP. I ended up downloading the RTP from rpgmakerweb. However, it's stating system 3 is not able to be loaded (I assume not found). There is no system 3 in the folder? Doesn't seem like any version of the RTP I can find has system 3, and I even checked RPG Maker 2003 itself. Can someone help me out with this?
