The Dark Eternal

Hey Regian,
I have not honestly booted up Dissolution on Windows 10 yet to test compatibility, but I know that it worked on Win 7. My only advice to you is to try setting compatibility on the .exe file in the install directory.
Use Windows XP Service Pack 2, run in 640x480, run as administrator, disable enhancements.
I do plan on remastering Dissolution in the near future, but it will be after I release Dark Eternal v1.1 later this year.

The Dark Eternal
I have been playing through Dissolution again to refresh on the story and get a clear file to use in Dark Eternal II. However I keep getting "Script Hanging" errors when trying to open the item menu or equipment menu. Any advice or addressing these errors? If not am I missing out on anything really important or interesting by not having a clear file?

Im not sure. I found two stone devices, one near the entrance and the other in the dark room where you get the bag of offerings, but havent been able to do anything with them. The one key i had was i think a risty key and i used it to open a door already.The door i cant get past is to the right of the room that lets you go into the dark room. In this room there is a button in the top left corner, a chest blocked by spikes in the bottom right,and a smal pedestal with a chest in the center of the room, with the door in the center of the top of the screen (sorry I dont have the ability to do a screen shot right now)There arent any spikes that appear to be in my way. I figured i would have to do something with one of the mummies to find the key, but havent found anything yet.Previously on the first stone device you found, the hatch on it was closed. After finding the first key in the dungeon and sending it to the other device, the hatch on the first one will be opened and you can retrieve the key from there. All those little devices are connected to each other.
Finally found it! It was in a room that I though was just a wall and kept walking by.

@canimAfter the cutscene in Urumun with Serene and her grandma, head back to ship and make your way to Lyia Village. Go talk to your mom and show her that Leena is safe, after that, new events should open up from there!
Unfortunately, party members will only level up when they are in your Party. But, they should catch up fairly quick if you take them along. The dragon on Fairy Island is a pretty tough secret boss, there are some strategies to the fight, but you will need to be at a good level at least. The dark circle that you found can only be used once you get an item from the fifth dungeon in the game, the Void Chamber.
In Ogron's Den, talk to the Ogron that is next to the food and campfire, he can make many dishes for you to eat. You can craft the frog dish there needed to complete that quest! Hope all this helps! :)

Thank you very much for the insight and feedback, there is a lot to take in from it! I'm glad you really enjoyed the dungeons, I felt like that was a huge driving force to the game in terms of gameplay. I heavily agree with the item menu being really clustered, especially late game. This is partly my fault due to how I created the database for it, it's good to learn from though!
The game does get pretty dialogue heavy at certain parts, I'll look into cutting it down a bit, I tried to not let it drag too much, especially the ending. The Relics were an idea to let players experiment with different builds, as they can also synergize with some Skill upgrades. But, after getting the ultimate relic(Incarnation), they do seem to kinda lose their feel. I feel like the battles and some skills can still use some overall balancing, that can come within more testing. @kenlanYou need to learn more patterns for the Forger to level up. For example, there is the Gold Gown pattern and the Mirage Gear pattern that you can find in the Ishen Desert. Learning these, will grant you a new pattern, plus the ability to craft Intermediate and Expert level crafts!
The password for the Bandit Hideout can be found by going to talk to the Bandit Leader Kirito again after completing the Void Chamber. He will give you the password in exchange for 1000 Gold. Since it's just optional content, if you just want the password, it's "GOODTIMES". Hm, do you mean the orange star mark in Nivel or inside the Void Chamber? This is interesting, they should be working fine.
@reglanThank you! Ah, the Mirage Temple, I know it can be quite a huge dungeon. If you're short a key you might need to do a little backtracking. In rooms where you find a key and the exit gets locked with spikes, putting the key inside the stone device will cause the spikes to release. The key is then sent to another device that is within the temple. So, you'll need to find another one of those stone devices to see if your key was transported there.
