How do you make an in-game battle tutorial for the player
I wanted to make a tutorial on the basic options in the battle mode. I really have no clue how to go about this. I'm sure there are other forums dealing with this, but I can not find them.

How to have BGM change 3 times with events in 1 map

I am trying to have my town map play 3 different BGMs at different points in the game and my home map to play 2 different BGMs. The change is triggered by events.
Original music at town (Music A) condition- none (this is the default)
same music at his home (Music A) condition- none.
After talking to someone in a house a switch is turned one (talked to scholar)
Then when the player exits this house they return to the town map (Music B should play) condition- talked to scholar has been met. I then have a cut scene (dad dies) run with a fade out-in and transfer player to his home.
Now I want the home and the town map to play (Music C) condition- dad dies.
I have tried a lot of things, including conditional branch and parallel processing, but I am getting confused. Any help is greatly appreciated.
