Requesting help with rebalancing skills!
I skimmed through it quickly (well I read a fraction of it), and here are some things that come to mind:
-The blink skill's scaling is weird. Having 10 levels on it makes it not rewarding after the couple first levels. Nobody is going to notice the difference between 35 and 40 turns, its just simply too long. This goes for all the status afflicting skills.
-Status healing skill (permanent border?) having a rising MP cost is not logical. Sometimes the bigger level versions are worse than others because of this. For example, if you are afflicted with poison or blind, you could heal yourself for 6 MP. However, if you leveled the skill up it costs 3 times more on example on lv8.
-The encounter repel skill that stops them for 30 seconds costs a hefty 50 MP. You'd probably be better off fighting the battles and healing up with some spells afterwards. You'd have more EXP and MP. This skill needs to be cost effective.
-There are way too many skills, I scrolled through 99% of them and it still took quite some time. Nobody is going to use them all, especially with each skill having multiple levels.
Last note: I don't know what your game is like, so a 50 turn Blink or whatever might not be as bad as it sounds.
