It has to be a .exe (not .exe.dat), if it isn't in the folder, just take the rpg_rt.exe of any game (or you can find it in rpgmaker 2k3, if you've downloaded it) and put it in the folder. And play it.
Before that you have to unzip the download, of course, with winrar, 7zip(free), or some other, which you'll find on the internet, then you have the folder with the .exe file in it (if not, see above.).
As for the fonts you copy and paste them in : Windows/Fonts.

hi, I just joined here today, and I just downloaded the full game for Chrono Alter from this site, but I have no idea what to do next, am I supposed to download an emulator for it or what to play it on? sorry if I sound like a noob, but I could really use someone's help to try to install it, thanks in advance
