Style and fashion is a skill you can learn, like illustration, or programming, or game design~ It's a mix of artistic and logical practices that you can study and improve on, try new things... plus, it's fun :) Of course it's also expensive and I'm pretty cheap, so I kind of just try and experiment with new style stuff when I can. I mean, I still just wear a t-shirt some days too, but I'm trying to at least be aware of how to dress nicely!
