Although now that I think of it can't rpg maker games use the shift key to run, can you modify it so that the shift key causes you to walk? Without sakuya there shouldn't be a difference, since you'll be walking either way. Or maybe set up so that if movement speed is X then activate the walk command, ie speed down Y number of times, and if movement speed is not X than do nothing. Would such a thing work?
Like there is this link Here. Do you think you'll be capable of using this?

Ah I thought that when that event happend it called on a script that modified the movement speed, but it just modifies it directly huh. If it called on a script you couls just have modified right. I guess I could just try to get used to it, but being stuck on running speed makes it really hard to do precision movement. Just thinking of doing the invisible hall maze in Eintei while stuck running gives me nightmares. Well just do your best. I'll keep supporting you in the future.

I guess there's no way for sakuya to just unlock the run button instead of increasing movement speed right? In past rpg maker games I saw events that can enable and disable the run button, and you obviously already programmed a way to detect if sakuya is in the party or not. I assume that when she joins the party it creates an event script that increases base movement speed and if she leaves the party in a cutscene there is probably an event that checks if she is in the active party and if she is it returns the movement speed to normal. Couldn't those events be repurposed towards turning the run script on and off instead?

About sakuya's speed boost, it's a bit overwhelming. Is there a way to toggle it off and on? Right now the speed is overwhelming. If it was half as fast, at a standard rpg maker run speed, it wouldn't be so bad. But right it makes moving around harder than before. If I want to check a specific rock for example, I need to finagle around it to actually do so. At this point I would practically prefer to never use sakuya instead.
Also I assume that the crafting system no longer exist right?

One more thing, the hunter's knife that's sold in the Mansion, It is supposed to be equipable by everyone? I though knives were sakuya's thing? Well I just gave mine to meiling and made her super fast, although I could give it to cirno since her cold aura offers no stat boost whatsoever.

I guess we won't be seeing a patch that makes it apear in the ruined hakurei shrine, huh.
Looking into your area list, it looks like some missed equipment can show up in kourindou. Is there any way to make the orb appear there?

I just realized that I missed the Yin-Yang Orb early on, is there any way to not make it permanetly missable?

It's done. So far this game reminds me alot of laxius force. Really strong equipment with really neat effects instead of just raw power. Usefull items hidden in plain sight and long detours that give you nothing at all, like that path at the end of the lake.
I always liked that and it's nice to see someone making moire games like it. I just hope that you avoided the unfair nonsense that game also got up to. Like making an enemy way faster than you that also had a random chance of insta-killing your entire party or hiding a secret party member by making you search for a single item in a large forest surrounded by identical items and combining it with a really easily permenately missed item.
Basically this looks like a way more refined version of a game that I really liked back in the day. Good job, we really see where your passion came through. It is far preferable to have a rough game made with passion than it is to have a pollised game made without it.
Good luck in your future endeavers.

I think you forgot to remove some messages. The forest to the west of the hakurei shrine saws that it is under construction and the skill books to the right in the human village says the same thing. Also there apears to be a fairy inside a wall in the scarlet mainsion, second floor right hall. Is there a secret wall there or did you it there by accident? Also there is a weird character standing in the bottom left of the shrine when you start the game. Is it supposed to be there? It looks like a character that waiting for a trigger in a cutscene.
