SWTHEMER'S PROFILE

Hey guys, I'm super new to the community but I have a quick question: Is there a way to animate the fog in RPG Maker XP? My goal is to have cloud shadows that float across the map, but I'm not even sure it's feasible. I've done some searching but so far have come up empty handed.It's for a homebrew project I'm doing for my little brother's birthday.
