Yeah... taking stuff from others' games without permission, especially when it's made just for that game, is seen as stealing unless you know for sure that it's a free-to-use resource (for example, Mack tiles). Don't do that.
@guyverone: That said, I hope you're also giving credit to the original artist of the piece. You know, this guy? Also, is your game on this site yet? You should think about adding it.
