Well, I did everything in those instructions, and I am positive that I changed the image to .png!!!

Alright, I've just submitted the edited image. I followed those instructions exactly! If it doesn't work this time, either I'm horrible at reading instructions, or I'm not getting the image correctly...

That's exactly what I did when I took the screenshots kentona! I did each of the steps that were listed, and the screenshots are still .bmp. For some strange reason when I saved it to a .png, it didn't work.

So....... this is really starting to annoy me.... :-\ I have no idea what I am doing wrong.... Is there some other way I'm supposed to get the image? To get the image I just pressed the Print Screen button and pasted the image into Paint. Does that, for some reason, not work?
