XAVIER94'S PROFILE

Can someone help this is really bugging me I can't use IG Maker. I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and when I launch the program a window pops up saying:

Exceptional Error

Message:

When I close this Error window "IG MAKER has stopped working" and that's it.
and btw I tried turning off DEP and windows 7 won't allow me to do it as it must run in DEP
