Hi everyone, I am currently looking for a programmer/scripter for my Horror RPG that is in development called Tear. It started off as a small demo on Game Maker that got pretty popular on deviantart so I'm remaking it using RPG Maker with original music, art and concept all together. I already have artists including myself as the main artists, a composer, editors and concept artists on the team. There are also a couple of people helping with minor programming but I am still looking for a main programmer. Everyone is dedicated to this game and hope to see it through till the end.

The image we have above is just an example of the art we're going to have for the game as the tile screen. The gameplay will not be in pixels but digitally painted but still like normal RPG games. The game itself will focus more on characters than the actual horror component.

Requirements:
-Dedication
-Experience with RPG Maker VX Ace and/or Ruby (we have a possible programmer only for scripts though not the actual game)
-Time
-Must be free (unless youre looking for an artist for a personal game then I could help for help in return)
-Someone younger preferably since everyone on the team is around the same age and we would like to all be comfortable talking to each other (15-23)

Time:
We are still on the designing and planning stage and since it will have all original art, we'll have to work on the game in stages. We hope to get all of the art, designs, music and planning done in the summer and hopefully release a demo by the end of August.

Development so far:
The composer has already put out a couple of songs
Art is currently being developed
Main Character designs are done
Main plot is done (aside from some of the puzzles puzzles and detailed development)
