Just finished the game :)
Amazing!
I loved the depiction of the final boss and even the last few conversations and the pictures :)

This is the first time I'm commenting here.
I'm writing a review for this fantastic game as I comment here so please don't take it that I just posted here to complain. I really like this game and that's why I'm taking the time to comment. (Already giving it a 4.5/5 in my review!)
The version I have was uploaded on 2014-11-17 so before you even continue reading, please let me know if I've missed a newer version.
I know you mentioned a new version coming soon but I thought I'd mention this before you release that one.
So I encountered a couple bugs that I thought I should mention:
SPOILERS!!!
Most notably, the fact that there's a third hidden option on the battle screen under Engage and Auto. It occasionally made me flee when I tried it but strangely, it doesn't do anything most of the time.
Another random one: In Zone 4 after you defeat the General for the first time, you're able to walk through one of the dark windows in the next red area. I don't think it breaks anything or leads to any new areas but it's there.
Then, thirdly, the reason that I'm actually writing this post is because I'm stuck in Zone 2 (purified) where I'm supposed to put in a code at the bookshelf to obtain a key. In my game, the arrangement of the chairs do not form a proper number and I thought this was part of the puzzle until I saw a video where the answer was clearly shown in the chair grouping. I tried that number anyway and it doesn't work in my game. Perhaps you've changed the puzzle in an update? because honestly, I cannot figure it out.

Pure Zone 2, the answer to that puzzle changes if you're on hard puzzle mode. If you're on hard puzzle mode.
The solution to that puzzle is
each section of chairs adds up to the number
like that. And that's the solution to the puzzle there.
If you're still having issues after that. I can Private Message you the direct solution. :3 I'm gonna open RPG Maker and look for the window thing you mentioned earlier.
A) I thought one of the windows might be a secret because they looked suspicious.
B) Sigh... I feel quite dumb for not thinking of that.. I don't remember choosing hard puzzle mode but okay. I'm sorry, I assumed it was a bug and I stopped trying because I saw the solution when I was stuck. Also, to be honest, without knowing the actual number formation of the groups of chairs, I didn't know that the chairs were in three separate groups. It looks like a bunch of groups. But I see that there are three grey floor sections so that should have occurred to me.
