A more serious post - for whatever reason, I can't think of many examples! I THIIIINK there's this? Either Craze or Karsuman would know better! I do recall seeing a lot more games starring gay dudes, for whatever reason, but they usually just bring to mind the packaging and delivery I would expect from a June manga. And I suppose it's something not too many games point out, which would mean playing to find out, which implies there's a semi-done game to play in the first place, and I mean even DS hasn't reached that magical point...

But there's always Holdana?

Also I feel bad that my first thought when someone asks about lesbians is "man this is probably some straight dude being all pervy about it".

While not the main character, there are subtle hints that one of the female party members in Blackmoon Prophecy is lesbian. There's also something a male character says pretty outright that is very telling that he could be gay but nobody around him clues in and continues on with the conversation.

Basically it's kind of up to the player's perception with the female character while the male character just blurts it out in passing one time and is then never mentioned again.

Some people interpret Finding Eden this way. Some people say it's a metaphor for homosexual oppression in society. I say it's about running around blowing up enemies, but whatever floats your boat.

Even though the main character isn't a lesbian, I feel like you should play I'm Scared of Girls. Main character is a boy who dresses like a girl, and s/he is dead and in some kind of afterlife. It's not an RPG and it's only about an hour and a half long.

As far as straight up lesbians (pun intended) I don't really have any suggestions. That doesn't mean there aren't any, but I haven't played them. (Well, I know the name of one, but it's not a real game, it's a porno game.)

Sorry no one is coming up with anything that actually fits what you're looking for so far. Honestly I would have expected at least a few games.
