/me is 13.
I go to school. That's it. Hopefully one day I can become a respiratory therapist, or a teacher, or something good like that. (Right now I really want to be a teacher, though what I want to do shifts every couple of months.)

Only be a teacher if you like working with/around the law, don't mind not actually teaching anything worthwhile, and hate change. You have to hate change, because everything in the world of education is constantly changing and you're excepted to either hate it or go with it (protip: the latter is not a feasible possibility).

I'm about to start university studying game design. I'm really looking forward to the course and working with people with similar interests. Plus our "do this over the holidays" was to design, draw, and play videogames, so I already feel at home!

I am a psychotherapist and a Psychology professor at college. Yes, I'm old.

Max, your job is very cool, though it's not something I would want to do.

Can't blame you, some people like money after all. : )
Currently a university student, but I'm probably gonna go into social work or something and do something with all of my feminist feelings and super charged social conscience.

Really, I'd love to one of those people who make money writing blogs or doing ACTIVIST THINGS~ because pfffft boring day jobs are lame and boring.

What I really need is a rich boyfriend/husband so that I can live of off that while I go change the world.

if you know where I can find a supply those, let me know. Yelling at political figures isn't particularly lucrative, nor is going to school.

I graduated college (English major with a focus on writing and editing), failed getting off to grad school because the school didn't work with me in helping me get financing, so I just sell clothes/accessories now at a store that's aimed at mini-hipsters and scene kids! Still looking for a job that I can put my degree to work, but where I live doesn't have many publishing places I can harass.

My life sucks.
I'm 16,I live in Oman, which is the top most boring and dead place in the universe,I'm in school,Biology student,no friends,my teachers are Pakistani racists.
At home,I have to play with my baby brother, baby cats, take care of the garden and then I do me homework(Yes,unlike other kids who don't give a damn)Then I work on RM2K3,I'm restricted from exiting home except for school and lame family outings.

Remember when I actually used to make games? Me neither.

Your later plans probably include getting the fuck out of Oman.
During the day I work for an organization that assists people with developmental disabilities.

I also work part-time as a freelance writer covering video games for the most part. I've had my work published by GamePro (may it rest in peace), IGN, UGO and GamesRadar. I also write a monthly gaming column for the online fiction magazine, Intergalactic Medicine Show.

I'm also working toward writing a novel and doing some freelance work for some game developers. It's slow going at times but fulfilling.

Could be worse (e.g. living in Pakistan)

The idea of versa being a "bro" is so awkward. Seriously, hearing the two of us talk is like "THERE ARE NO BROS HERE:" the radio show.

...versa we should do a radio show

How surprisingly true this is.

"they are also disproportionately childless men earning less than $30,000 who are not college graduates and browse from home."
This is a weird statistic in that, if it's describing members under 18, nothing but normality : they're too young to have children, be college graduates or have a job at all, and still live at home. While if it's describing men from 25 to 35, it's a totally different situation. ?

the average age range for this site apparently is 18-24, followed by 25-36(or maybe 33)
