So I pre-ordered Last Story at Best Buy a while back. Went in today to get it; they had no record of me having pre-ordered it.
I went home, got my receipt, and came back with it. They looked it up again. In the computer it said "Customer did not pick up item within 10 days; sale was cancelled and refunded." The game wasn't out yet ten days after I paid for it! That's why I pre-ordered it! What the fuck! Does that make sense to you!? I don't, it doesn't, it's not... argh!
On top of this, despite the fact that the release date was Tuesday, they don't have the game yet. This despite the fact that on my original pre-order receipt it says it will be available for pickup on Aug 14.
So, I hate Best Buy now and they can bite my ass. I'll buy it somewhere else.

I'd sooner have both. Statuses can be commented upon but seem so ephemeral. This thread is... eternal. It should never die, lest a part of each RMNer's soul die with it.

well, I think that the difference is that in the status if you put I'm bored nobody would care, but if you put in here, "I'm Bored" It becomes something really dumb despite this topic being a topic were you can write whatever you have on mind, people at least expect to read something interesting rather than "I'm bored". (With this been said, I hope status history doesn't become RMN twitter were people post that they are in the bathroom)
