It's almost possible right now. If you just install Word Lens onto Google Glass you would get exactly this. Unfortunately, I don't think the app store is available on Google Glass yet, heh.

I didn't think I would be a good forum moderator because when there's a problem I don't moderate anything. So they made me an antagonator instead, which I suppose is the opposite of a moderator, and far closer to my typical role.
