Is there any word that means the "quality of solitude" (or something to that affect) that ends with -ity? Surely there's a word that would fit in to:

"I thought hell would be different, but I realize now that it takes the form of *insert* (condemned to wander alone)."

I used to love doing that as a kid.

When I got older though I eschewed it for sleeping in like a bum. I'm gonna have a lot of early mornings where I'm goin', though.

That sounds more understandable to me if it's during summer where it gets bright quite early like 4.00-5.00AM.
But during the deepest winter the sun ain't up until 8.00AM around here.
But what does it matter, it's just 3-4 extra hours, right?

I used to stay up for hours talking to an "internet girlfriend" until the sun came up.

Here's another anecdote:

Once, as a child, after my folks divorced, me my mom and my bro moved into an apartment. I've always been a bit of an insomniac, so I could never get to sleep (I'm probably less than 8 at the time, but i don't remember). My mom was always exhausted and conked out pretty good by bedtime. So, one day when i was super bored at night, I went in to ask her if I could play nintendo - and in her sleepy dilerium she said yes!


From that day forth, I knew I could technically ask my mom anything in her sleep! Once i accidentally stayed up so long playing excite bike I didn't even notice the sun come up.
