Big car bomb went off in Oslo earlier today close to the government building with the PM's office. A few hours later a shooter disguised as a policeman starts shooting at the Labour Party Youth Wing Summer Camp (at Utoya), deaths reported.

Unknown at this time. There's reports saying the shooter is Norwegian with blond hair but nothing I'd take with more than a grain of salt right now.

There isn't much to go on, the suspect has been apprehended but nobody's saying anything about who he is except he is known to the police.

I also got the ages wrong at the youth camp: 15-25 not 20-25. Current numbers say 25-30 dead but it isn't official.
