Way too hot to live. Like the surface of some fiery hell had merged with upstate NY.

The music played on 91.8 The Fan goes surprisingly well with Maplestory.

And on that note, back to leveling my new Archer to the sound of Libera Me

Big car bomb went off in Oslo earlier today close to the government building with the PM's office. A few hours later a shooter disguised as a policeman starts shooting at the Labour Party Youth Wing Summer Camp (at Utoya), deaths reported.

I am amazingly drunk right now, and I am concluding one of the most fantastic nights of my life; my roommate is leaving for deployment on Monday, and me, him, his girlfriend, and a bunch of friends just spent the evening and night being drinking, smoking a few cigars, and sharing tales over a bonfire over one of the most beautiful vistas over the forested wilderness of Washington State overlooking some snowcapped mountains, and driving home (with a designated driver!) in the back of a pickup truck.

I am glad to have met one of my closet, coolest friends in the United States Navy, and having one of the most awesome times of my life, tonight.

I am fantastically, awesomely drunk right now, and it took an ungodly amount of effort to type out this post, but tonight was awesome.

My dad's girlfriend got me $200 and a leather vest for my burfday. Mind you it's my 18th so it's a special occasion (lotsa pressies!) so I never get this sort big pay out any other time.

No idea what to spend it on! Might use it to buy costumes for everyone else in my cosplay group. We shall seeeee~

It was just a really great time, man. I grew up in the city; tardis told me how much natural beauty Washington State has, but I never really experienced something like chilling with cool dudes at a bonfire in a mountain forest until I got stationed up here. It's less of a "WHOA GUYS I'M SO DRUNK" (but I mean I was) and more of a thing about experiencing something new with really cool dudes and having a great time.

Like I said, my roommate leaves for deployment soon and it was great to kick off his journey with something so rad and memorable; everyone agreed that it's a memory they're gonna keep.
