CloseValhalla Knights. It had such a good plot, backstory, graphics, music, theme...you made your own main character. and, it was the first game I had ever played on the PSP. You should look it up. Sadly though, there are no LPs of it on youtube.

So I borrowed Darksiders from a friend, and it's actually not too bad. It's not great by any means, but I don't regret playing it. There are some glaring problems though. Like, jumping can be extremely autistic at times (mainly just jumping off a ledge to a different ledge. Sometimes you just... fall off with War having zero attempt at jumping) and certain random enemies will just annihilate your health worse than the bosses do. The highlight of the game was definitely getting the horse. Which is good since you play as a horseman of the apocalypse, so I'm glad they didn't fuck that up. Worst part of the entire game though, is towards the end when you get the Riftwalker item. The game turns into a terrible Portal ripoff trying to redirect lasers and shit through portals and moving things around and it's super clunky and annoying as hell and that stage is super long and OMG WHY?! Hopefully the second game will improve many of the horrible things like the Riftwalker (read: remove it entirely).

I think that Darksiders was pretty damn awesome, but I do agree about your hatred towards the Riftwalker... I mean, I don't even see how it makes sense lore-wise, especially considering that it's just a gimmick to make the later levels an even larger pain. I, too, hope that they won't include it in Darksiders 2.
And well, come to think of it, the final boss was actually dissapointingly easy compared to some other bosses... And then I'm especially looking at Silitha. I must have died at least 20 times before I figured out how to even damage her.
Still though, altogether I think it was a great experience. And the rematch with Straga was something I had looked forward to the whole game!
I LOVE SILENT HILL! I laughed when the lady who calls innocent people a witch gets torn to shreds by the creepy girls wire things. I only watched the last half, so...

To me that's kind of like seeing someone litter and do nothing about it. I mean, letting it go may be the reasonable thing to do in most cases since I can't fight every moron on this planet, but it still pisses me off! Also, we shouldn't be ignoring blogs, we should be paying more attention to them. We should be showing more interest towards our fellow developers thoughts and concerns. But it's difficult to find the good blogs among the sea of unbearably crappy ones... I wonder how many of them go unnoticed because of this.

That's understandable, as is the fact that nobody has the time to "give a shit" about everything even if they wanted to. Or simply that different people sees this hobby in different light. But still, the line has to be drawn somewhere. ...Where's the line? ...There's no line!!

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

It's not really analogous to littering because there's an "infinite" amount of space on the internet. Also because it's that person's private user space. So I think it's less like littering and more like someone talking a lot in their own house. If the things they say aren't interesting, then you can either get out of their house, or put up with it, or try to steer the conversation to something more interesting. But if they really really want to spend the entire party talking about their grandmother's health, then it's like... "Oh well, I guess it's not hurting anyone."
