I'd just try to talk to this person, or at least get a friend to ask what they thought on my behalf. Actual unrequited love hurts for while, but it *does* gradually subside.

Apparently the government is giving out money to those who are 18+ and is a local resident in here. :3 I've applied a month ago and now I can get it! ^_^

It's really, really creepy but I can't look away. Every time the gif cycles through, I spot something new I hadn't noticed about it before. "Oh, is that an animal ear on the top right of the head?" or "what lovely attention to detail they paid to the hair!" and it starts to drive me a little crazy.. one frame at a time.. one frame.. *mindless stare*

Also, I got around to asking her her personality preference in men and she said:
"Not you." I think she got the impression I was hitting on her. I should probably ask someone else.
