Decided never to drink another drop of alcohol ever again (or for as long as I help it anyway). I'm a weak dude if I give in to peer pressure that easily...

I like drinking with good company but I barely have company to drink with, so there is not much I can do.

What kind of stuff would be good to have in a chipset? (Like decorations, objects, plants, etc.)

Yup, then little doodads like flowers, plants, slightly different patches of sidewalk/grass/dirt can't hurt.

That pic is awfully similar to how I feel at the moment, Mr. D, but that's what I get for deciding to plan out a database after going to bed at 7am.

This is the wrong way of thinking about it, in my opinion.

Start making the area, and then each time you want to put something in it, add it to the chipset. Think in terms of maps, not chipsets. You can have a different chipset for each map if you want, though most of them will probably only have a few unique objects.

At the very least, having one chipset per town and one or two chipsets per dungeon is totally normal. Think about what kinds of things fit in that area and make it unique and interesting. Maybe town #2 has catapults inside the town wall and ballistae outside the wall, while town #5 has a steampunk brewery and a huge extravagant bar, and town #6 is haunted. Then once you've got all those important things added to the tilesets, you can start making the map, and when you need doodads to fill in areas, you can figure out what would go in those areas. And probably you'll be able to pull at least half of those miscellaneous doodads from your other tilesets once you get going. But you're not really going to be done making tilesets until you're done making maps.

No, I ran out of money. The sad part is I never even drank that much but because alcohol's so freaking expensive I've found myself in a position where I've had to ask my brother for money.

you can get a decent bottle of vodka for like $11 and unless you're into binge drinking, 1/5 of that is enough to be happy for awhile although not really drunk

seriously though, binge drinking fuckin sucks, pacing yourself is so much better. why pay a shitload of money to forget the night and be super hungover the next day

Sometimes u just want to do something small and booze-free, but then ppl bitch about it. Or expect u to go bingeing.

i wanted to get coffee for my bday w/ just 3 or 4 friends, and my best friend said, "no, you should have a party!". She kept insisting about it too, even though she vomits everytime + heavily drinks. :/ Apparently i should have a party in a month.

UV. not as shitty as everclear, but not as expensive as superpremium vodkas. it tastes okay and it does what it needs to do without needing to mixed beyond recognition (also never buy UV cake, anyone who says it's good is lying)
