Aw, geez. I'm sorry for both your losses, piano. It's hard enough when family dies but the added grief that a pet death brings on top? Wish there was more I could do that just give condolences. :<

This is me right now.
Well, I drank about four or five shots of Irish whiskey, last night. My aunt was 83, so you know, it was kind of expected, but the cat was young and healthy. He had already been sick last month. Yesterday, we took him to a different vet, who told us the other vet had lied to us and that he had a deformed bladder and it's actually common for male toms. When it starts to have problems they need regular surgery and they're in pain for the rest of their lives, and I didn't want that for him.
Aw, he was a cutie. It really hurts when animals you love get sick because there's not really much you can do for them, and cats don't really show their pain, so it's hard to tell when they're hurting or not. You did the right thing - leaving him in pain would have been the wrong thing to do and it's better that he's now no longer feeling it, even if it hurts a lot.
...Damn, I'm tearing up, remembering when I had to have the cat I grew up with put down because of tongue cancer. And now there are tears. Welp. Sometimes animals really touch your heart.
Deep breath and remember they're out of pain now. It hurts but it was for the best for them. :hug:

That's him (Mr. Clawed Hemingway) being waken up from a sound sleep by our black cat, Bastet, whom I think practices being obnoxious. She was smacking him on the butt until he woke up. My wife got that picture just before he got up and found someplace else.

Either Facebook is racist as shit or I am. A man with the last name Gonzalez posts "Friends guys just Friends.." when asked if he was dating the woman in a photo. Auto-translate spits out "Friends guys jarhead.." which is significantly less correct.

So I noticed Iobit (a systemcare program) left behind hidden low-risk malware in my computer, and I only noticed it today because my computer was constantly getting highly fragmented, and I wondered to myself if my computer caught something, and sure enough it did...like around 20+. I only found this out using malwarebytes, and I deleted the jackasses.
Now my computer is properly defragmented, and I'm never using Iobit again. Good program when cleaning other parts of the computer, but too bad they had to do that shit, wasted potential. Pretty much back to using Avast.
EDIT:
Oh and Iobit thinks I was not smart enough to remove the AVG-2014 version that apparently "had". All I had to do was use the AVG remover to get rid of it.
Now my computer is properly defragmented, and I'm never using Iobit again. Good program when cleaning other parts of the computer, but too bad they had to do that shit, wasted potential. Pretty much back to using Avast.
