CloseI want to punch the media too. Conficker isn't actually that impressive of a virus at all. As said in a nondoomsday report, it's famous, simply for the sake of being famous. (And that bounty placed on the writer's heads probably helped.)
That sounds about right. I never heard about it until the whole OH NOSE ON APRIL FOOLS AMERICAS ENEMIES WILL TURN OFF ITS INTERNET or some nonsense like that. It doesn't sound impressive at all next to bastards like Vundo or other viruses/malware that isn't removed by a simple update or virus scan.

I wonder if my computer is going to kill itself thanks to Conficker. It might be a hoax, but since the virus apparently exists, destroying everybody's computer might be the hoax.
Is Windows updated? Do you have a real antivirus? Is Windows Firewall turned on? Then you're safe and free of Conflicker.

I just saw a commercial for a chia Obama. There was very patriotic music in the background and were it not a COMMERCIAL FOR A CHIA-PET it may have been excusable to have been so serious.
I'm thinking about my roommate who went to visit her mom, who is an insane, abusive bitch, for a while. I'm praying she decides to come back rather than stay. She's really wrestling with that decision right now.

I made this using one of the chests from the VX RTP as a reference. No, I didn't copy the design, it actually looks quite different.
