Kirby has a new game coming out that involves driving in robot suits and the industrialized apocalypse of Dreamland.
This was my dream. My day was made.

Apparently it's been pretty well received thus far, which is nice to know.
I was considering going to see it this weekend but I don't know. I don't have anyone to go with, so it kind of sucks. Going to a movie alone is lame, but going to a kids movie alone is just sort of... Blehhh. It doesn't feel right. I don't know, I might still say fuck it and check it out tomorrow. Depends on how I feel then, I guess.

EDIT: Also, speaking of Amiibo, I'm gonna have to grab one of those solo Isabelle Amiibos when they launch later on. That was super great news, since I don't want AC Amiibo Festival.
to be fair, Nintendo completely underestimated the demand for amiibos. It was less money-grabbin' than a holy-shit-turns-out-these-are-popular moment.

Don't spoil anything, just answer this question: does the female rabbit character ever become ridiculously large? I saw a display for a 'learning to read' book in the grocery store of her fighting crime as some sort of giant and the first thing that came to mind was "this is going to end up being some future guy's callback to his first experience with his macro furry fetish". I say this because that's how it always works out; you're just some kid watching your cartoons, yucking it up when some wacky shit happens out of nowhere and suddenly you're fucked for life.

I've been pretty deprived of animated movies myself, mainly because my family isn't into them and going to any movie alone just feels... awkward for some reason.
It was great, and I won't say anything more about the movie as a whole.
My only sadness is the knowledge that some pervert somewhere with a furry fetish is masterbating in a theatre or something. Or drawing scantily clad Hopps. Something terrible will come of this movie. It's the sad fact of the internet cesspool.
