Don't say that it's sarcastic when it's completely true. EMDE!2 was half-baked AND made by Craze.
And Tierkreis will probably be better if you've never played a Suikoden! The only way you can go is up. It's a good enough game, I guess, (well, it did steal three weeks of my life) just... not a good Suikoden. Would still probably recommend over most DS RPGs, though.
I personally found the original VP to be quite maddening, but I think Covenant of the Plume looks a little easier. Might be worth a look.

The original Valkyrie Profile is a much better game all-around, though.

Thinking about ANZAC Day, a really important Australian equivalent of Veteran's Day, where we honor soldiers and veterans of WW1 and 2.
It's tomorrow, so there's heaps of old war movies on and quite frankly I'm sick of them already.

Goddamnit. I thought it looked quite promising. Probably hold off for a while, then... and, yeah, I'm not a massive VP fan so I can probably cope!

It's really windy out and things are hitting the windows and the front door keeps shaking. I'm the only person awake and besides the computer it's completely dark. I just watched Noroi: The Curse a few days ago.

I hate being the only one up late at night :(. I always tend to 'conveniently' hear noises when I'm by myself. Though, luckily the computer (and it's healthy glow. I know that I am getting a tan from this thing :P) keeps me company.

To participate in the 3-hour or not...? It'd be good practice and I'm not actively working on anything right now.
On a side note I am loving how the recent blog posts show up on the front page now. I never payed much attention to the blogs until now, and hopefully more people will use them now that they actually get attention.

I looked for some RMVX resources, found RPG RPG Revolution, and now I have a better understanding of why Fallen Griever hates games that just throw scripts in at random because wow

Man, the Latest Updated Blogs is one of the best features to come out of RMN in the past while. It actually gives me incentive to use my blog and check out other people's blogs.

I don't mind a lot of scripts in a game as long as each one has a good reason for being there, but when you're just adding scripts because they look cool, then there's a problem.
Also I've decided that I am going to do the 3-hour. I could use EST is -3 GMT, right? I live in -4 GMT.
