A few days ago I saw a huge brown owl standing on a fence and he was looking right at me . It was the first time I saw a huge brown owl which is looking right at me in the wild like this. It was beautiful. I'm thinking, did the owl think I was beautiful too? :(

Actually it isn't WIP time. RMN's using GMT, and I believe he lives in the states. I've heard the term Mormonland being thrown around in regards to his residence, so... Utah maybe?

Just saw Donnie Darko for the first time. Watched with low expectations and was STILL disappointed.
I love the conversation between Donnie and Gretchen when they first meet. In a nutshell:
Gretchen: Walk me home.
Donnie: M'kay
Gretchen: My mother was stabbed four times by my step dad. I don't know you, but as psychologically scarring as that ordeal was and even though you've so far done nothing (and never will do anything) to give me more than the impression that you stutter a lot and yeah I guess I think you're cute, it's enough to merit me to tell you these incredible personal facts about my life. Also I suffer from a syndrome which prevents me from having an actual personality.
Donnie: Sweet. Hey, I burnt down a house once.
Gretchen: Clearly we should have sex.
Donnie: Koo, koo.

Well okay maybe it's not THAT good but still, you sound like you came to see the movie just to strengthen the opinion you already had on it.

Yeah, I guess it's true that I knew I wouldn't like it, but I went in hoping it would be at least be okay. After all, there had to be some basis for its popularity. But I didn't like it at all, unfortunately. I felt like it wasn't as clever and smart as it thought it was. And my god some of the acting was awful, Gretchen in particular.

Really? I saw a video of a guy who fell off a bridge onto a concrete platform and had this face split open. He was still alive.
