You can call an event from within another event...is that what you want?
Also, you can set the condition for another event to be a switch and have the event be autostart and all you have to do is turn on that switch when the first event is over.

My guess would be switches is what you want.
When you finish the one event, make it turn a switch ON at the end of it.
On the event you want next, make the precondition be that the switch you turned on earlier is on.
