Ok my game for XP is lacking gameplay, Im looking to hire someone that can create a LOT of events to fill up the gameplay req. I want to keep this as simple as possible, im not looking for someone thats interested in joining my team or anything, I need someone that knows what they are doing and wants to make some money.
I want to see examples of work and I pay with paypal.

so... you want to make a game, but you lack gameplay? And you don't want to make the gameplay yourself?
No, the game/story is already done, it just lacks the gameplay req for commercial sale. And im not going to make the story longer because then it just wouldn't be the same story. I need someone to expand upon the story events, thus making them longer with more gameplay. I want someone thats more creative with events then myself. I hope that explains it a bit better.

Offering paid work, I tell you what to event you do it, better?
Getting better but not quite there yet. You might want to tell us what type of gameplay you are looking for. Mini-games like a lottery game or card card? Side quests?
Also, you might want to talk a bit about your game. We know nothing about this.
I didnt want to insult anyones views here but ok lets try this, I dont want anyone to be interested in my game, thats not why im paying you, I hire the best pix there is, ocean, and he never once asked about my game or gave a shit, he just did the amazing work he always does and made good money. I want someone that will do the work, get paid, and I never have to talk to them ever again.
Some of the event details would be, NO mini games, the events would mostly cover char sprite battles and some creative eventing during dialogue. Say there are two groups of soldiers about to fight, lets see a event that puts that in a more interesting different light.

Commissioning someone for assets is a very different thing than paying someone to build your game for you.
I do think you're onto something with the never talking to folks again, though.

The story is done, the artwork/custom graphics are done, the voiceovers are done, the only thing I need is some good events to add gameplay.
Does anything else really matter? Do the work, get paid, wipe you ass with the money or give it to charity I dont care, I just thought in this global recession we are in that there would be some ppl needing paid work.

You are still being incredibly vague about what eventing you want done.
I want a event that follows the main cast of char during a diologe session, I want them to walk around maybe even jump from mountains swim in the rivers or maybe just kill each other.
I want to see a army marching down a path to fight a battle, and all of a sudden they get hit by boulders or ambushed in some other way. If I knew all the creative ways I wanted this done I would just event it myself, I look at MY eventing i did in the game and for the most part it just seems basic and not very creative, so im ASSUMING that there is someone who can do the job alot better then me.
Please don't put me in the same category as that. Doing 2 sprites or something that are like "Do a roman soldier" *shows picture* is a very very different thing to having maps made and events. That requires communication of your ideas and talking to them in general whether or not you like it. I am pretty upset that I'm even name dropped like this because I am just doing very simple commissions for anyone at the moment, the workload is like "1 or 2 sprites for someone" and that is a very different thing to asking for a team member and not wanting to talk to them.
You are going to get 0 help if you have that type of attitude towards other team members honestly!
