CloseJust wanted to introduce myself to the forums. I just recently gained interest in creating an rpg game and was looking for a free software to do it that required little to no experience. I ended up finding RPG Maker 2003 and following the beginner tutorial from this site by AznChipmunk.
My goal is to make a board game style rpg... similar to the LEGO heroquest board games you might see in stores lately. So I am here to find out if that is possible and to have a reliable resource for ideas, help, and support.

emmh... my speciallity is not RM2k3... actually I have no speciallity, I would tell you that I think it is possible but I don't actually know, but I am sure you can find help here, so welcome hope you like the community ;)
Welcome! Took a look at a description of lego's Heroica, looks quite feasible, though of course you'll have to adapt a number of things. Should be fun, good luck with it!
