So inhale allows you to temporarily gain small enemies/objects traits/abilities by eating/chewing them?

The whole inhale thing is similar how Kirby gains his enemies' abilities once he swallows them. Zombiegook basically just inhales the enemy like a vacuum cleaner, swallows and gains abilities.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Hmm. I was really hoping that striking the center of the earth with a meteor would cause the planet to explode. Oh well. I can figure out what to do about the core after the battle.

Xalos
Your tackle is superbly placed. Hitting Goreteethnaut at the waist. Alas, in the process you inhaled all of the smoke from the flare. The smoke causes you to start coughing and spurt blood from your mouth, but you continue to struggle with the smoke. After a long period of torment, you suffocate. No action unless healed somehow.

As Reg’s primary objective has been covered Reg attempts to bite the flare with its’ mighty jaws. Although he didn’t seem to do much to the actual flare, Reg has gotten the ability to breathe fire! Reg is now a T-Beast.
Goreteethnaut
With the help of Xalos you have escaped from the flares clutches. Now Xalos is dead at your feet and all 100 of his snowballs litter the floor.
Core Flare
Further angered by the semi-destruction of its’ core, the flare releases a shock wave of heat at the ground around the core. To the Flare’s pleasure, the ground instantaneously becomes bubbling magma that has started oozing toward the party. Some of the magma looks like it’s being absorbed by the core.

The Blob of goo advises you to think of other ways to get rid of fire. Then it says, “Meh.”

Becquerel says, “You must follow your heart and make the right choice to create a wondrous destiny.” He advises you to defeat the core first. He also advises you to feed him when in a better situation.

Punching a flare seemed like a good idea, but as you pull back your hand you can see that it’s burned severely by the flare. Will it ever die?!

Take my chainsaw and stab it, while it's running of course, into the fucking core, because it killed my friend. REVENGE!
Command Becquerel to back off to safety if the magma gets too close.

Although my hand was injured in the process, there was no indication that punching the flare didn't actually work. And there's no particular reason why punching it should work any worse than whipping it. So unless Blob corrects me, I'm assuming my attack hurt the flare but also hurt me.
With that in mind, I'm going to punch it again with my other fist.

That's what I was hoping. I like being able to see the rolls because it tells me whether I failed because what I did was impossible or just because I rolled badly. But I do realize it takes a lot more time for you to show everything.
