you were better than my first mafia were I was like: "Mafia is a fun word, do you know that, it sounds like muffin" Also ironic since chana and mirror were my first suspects and later I forgot about mirror due the roles things :/

i might have been able to write more interesting flavor if I had ever played ff2/ not had my soul killed by mirrormasq destroying the reveal sob
Once a player has the required amount of votes on him for a lynch, that's it. the dayphase is over. no more posting can occur.

That's why games based off of actual things like FF2 will always be sort of lame in that regard. People try and make arguments based off of peoples flavor claims rather than anything substantial. I'm definitely guilty of it(and so are you, CAVE)

I would assume chana, and I am not 100 percent on the context, that in addition to stating the obvious in what seems to me like a hollow attempt to post content, you sound in that post like you care that a serial killer could kill members of the mafia. You don't talk about two kills being distributed amongst town at night, you talk about the mutual danger both sides face. At least, that's what it looks like. Might not have been what you meant.
also, funny thing, itrombe did not know that he was a loved townie. So he actually didn't mind getting lynched on day 1 and very narrowly avoided it.

It was the middle part of the sentence, "not knowing who's town and who's mafia", but most importantly, "he's a danger to all"<---- nailed it.
"He's a danger to all" seemed like you WANT everyone to follow your bandwagon. ...and if there's anything I despise, it's people leading/jumping on bandwagons. (which is ironic because I always tend to "unwittingly" lead one!)

This game was designed to be unbreakable in that regard which was why I was frustrated that town was doing it and it was also, purely by coincidence, working to their advantage.
Still I don't plan to try and destroy another game with meta but I ensure anyone running a game based on something to give scum fakeclaims.

@ivoryjones : actually that wasn't the idea at all, it was just meant to be an argument in favor of lynching itrombe as a potential danger to the townies. I understand the first part though.

Chearlie got it all right practically from the start! then doubt... Personally, I think ivoryjones played quite well, and so assured, I'm definitely going to be weary of her in the next mafia games!

Sorry for starting to doubt you Chearlie, I guess I shouldn't have let meta ruin my feeling of innocence...
Now I have to think about a way to combat meta in my Death Note mafia... I guess just forbidding roleclaims could be an option, but giving fakeclaims on top of that should work out any issues too. I'm not all for making heroes villains or anything, so I can't use that...
Also, I'm thinking about some skills for mafia members. Of course wiping all votes is one, but that's as far as I get, as many skills are not usable in forum games. For townies for instance you can't have someone's vote count double. Does anyone of you know any fancy shmancy mafia skills?
