8.) Egypt
That's cool, you want to go to Egypt. I went there about a couple of years ago and it was quite an interesting trip. I am planning on going there again someday.

What areas are encompassed in the "American mid-west" anyway?
A number of states about the size of a Canadian province. The midwest is the primary food-producing belt of the country and encompasses states like Wisconsin, Minnesota, North and South Dakota, etc. Most of the midwest is politically and socially moderate. There is a lot of rural area but also a lot of large metropolitan areas (Chicago is a midwestern city for example), so there's a weird tension between the two groups of people (they are different types of people). Midwesterners are generally criticized for being isolated and having not seen much of the world which is true :(
btw Him lives there.
Also, The Realm. It's technically in this world, on a computer somewhere in Canadia!

My friend just got back from there, he spent a couple of months backpacking / doing a school thing.
He said it was really awesome and beautiful.
Sounds good, i heard new zealand have some great scenery and some good sightseeing tours. I plan on going on a tour to mount cook as well as to the Milford Sound.
Him: You forgot Iowa! >:(
And yes, my answer would be anywhere but the American Midwest. Being young, ambitious, and restless in the Midwest is NOT GOOD since nothing happens here. I'd love to live here if I was in the last few years of my natural life, it's generally very safe and quiet.

I don't know if I'll number these. I guess I'll know when I've written them.
Many of these I wouldn't like to visit and tourist in, but I'd like to try to live there for a while and experience it a bit.
Murmansk
One of the northernmost ice-free ports in the world.
Siberia
I'm thinking part that I'd like to see the Trans-Siberian Railway but also that I'd like to see what it's like further up north in those tundras of nothing (or I don't really have any idea what's up there.)
Iceland
Preferably the Icelandic countryside, but with a visit or two to Reykjavik as well. Iceland just looks so strange.
Greenland
Live in one of those small towns on the coast with all that damn snow. I'd just love to live there in a house with high-speed internet doing what I do now all the time. But from Greenland instead.
Machu Picchu
While I'm at it I should just do the trip Che Guevara did around South America. But I'd just like to see the awesomeness that is cities in the sky. (I can live with going to any other city in the sky too, but Picchu is the only one I know the name of)
Great Zimbabwe
One of those monuments that tells us that Southern Africa was once an awesome place and that it too might have been the center of the world.
Tibet
Walking around there in those wastelands. Damn I love wastelands. If I managed to survive in the thin air. If I just had to lie in bed I'd sit somewhere with high-speed internet and do what I always do instead.
Japan
Alright this might not be a wasteland but this country is so fucked up and weird I'd love to be there. Though preferably I'd really like to kinda live there and hopefully learn the language and see just how wide the rift between Japan and the west really is. Because I'm pretty certain it's huge.
Ireland
Alright there probably isn't much to see on Ireland but it seems like a nice place. And I've already been to Scotland (though not nearly for long enough. I met hardly any locals).
Central Europe Countryside
Alright this is basically two in one. What I mean is French and German countryside. Probably nothing special with it. I'm sure this one could be done through some kind of road trip.
