CloseI've been wondering, since I just got my account yesterday, and It's been kind of unsettling to have to jump on my computer and actually come to the site and go into my posting history to see if someone's answered a question or one of my posts.
Is there are way to sync this to my e-mail so I can get alerts on my yahoo and ipod and whatnot?

Not currently. RMN doesn't send out emails (except when you request a password reset).

Well, I don't want one for EVERY time someone responds to a forum post(that would be a little annoying =_= -- though I'm sure some people would like that :D) maybe if you could get one every time some of your work was spotlighted, or if you got a PM message, or when someone reviews your games.
I have a fanfiction.net account, and they do that every time someone leaves a review for your story. It's very motivational to open up your e-mail on a sickish day and have a message saying "Man, your game is AWESOME!!!"
The ability to subscribe to topics would be very useful. It would be even better if you sent out an email when they respond.
This would probably be for topics like the Screenshot Topic, and when you make topics for help, though those should be auto-subscribed.

I would like to see notifications on what's new on the main page, all of those things that appear there in those sections. Also, when someone send you a PM or reply to a thread you start. All of that, but I wanna have a system like a check-box thingy where I can decide which ones to turn on / off. That will be great, it'll be some time-consuming task for you guys if you decide to go along with that though.

... I really like this idea. Though I don't know how easy this will be to execute, so I'm more on board with something like this:

That way, like Adon said, we wouldn't be getting notified for EVERY message(we have something like that on this online game, and I'm contemplating deleting one of my e-mails because of all the spam.)
