Although I like many genres, FPS are a no-no for me.

I am a huge hockey fan
I think we may conflict a lot in future. (In nutshell, I hate hockey and love FPSs)
Oh well. Welcome to RMN.
author=Lebeau4That's because the lingua franca of professional hockey in north america is English. He would have to learn English to communicate with his players, not the media. And his job is to communicate with the players and make the team good.
Ok, what if Toronto was to have a coach who only speaks french? If he's good, he's good right, regardless of his background? Would that ever happen? Of course not.

Well there's not many french players in our roster, so somebody as to speak french and it's the coach. The medias here are french mostly, RDS, TVA Sports, Radio-Canada, etc. We need someone to communicate with us in french and it won't be Gionta who will nor Gomez after the game. If we can't have a french captain, we'll have a french coach. After all, isn't the coach's job to be a communicator?
Sports are too repetitive/monotonous/asdf for me.
