Because he asked if I was his "twin". If we apply the same town-mafia mason thing to itrombe, it would make sense why mafia would want to lynch him.
So you think that there were two scum-town mason teams? I doubt it.
Also, twin could just be referring to the flavor, although I can't find anything in the higurashi wiki beyond the two horrible animegirls

You've asked why didn't I role-claimed? Because I never do. Well, I did it once and I think it's a harmful thing. So no, I won't.
And I'd like to note that I belive Gourd is lying about night actions.

Alright guys, I'm here again. I just wanted to say that my lurking is only because of me being on vacation. I'm town, and no, I'm not going to roleclaim unless I have to, and you've seen how I played in the other games. If I could post more I would. I made a huge mistake with TBG yesterday, sorry for that. I thought he was an independent due to CAVE's role in PW, and due to Liberty claiming independence. Right now I'm on board with lynching MM. Also, we need to find out If there's a janitor, and how often they can use their power. No information of the nightkill was disclosed 2 nights in a row, so I think there's a janitor, and it isn't part of their powers. The problem is we have only 1 confirmed mafia dead, and there could be as much as 3 more, putting us in a tight spot. I think it wouldn't be wise to lynch Gourd, since he could very well turn out to really be the cop, and apparently also got rabitZ's character right, rather than just his power, making his roleclaim seem legit. I think it's a good idea if the doctor Protects him tonight.

Yes. I already brought up that possibility. However, I found a post from Gourd breadcrumbing that he was the cop early on. It seems unlikely that he would breadcrumb that, and from what I can tell, nothing else, on the off-chance that he might kill the cop and claim his role.
