CloseI think the reason that TBG said he hadn't shot me was that this is his first game and he was under the impression that saying he had shot someone would instantly get him lynched or something. Or liberty had given him instructions to not reveal it.
The important thing to note here is that Mirrormasq was a roleblocker. And judging from his reactions, I would say he was probably roleblocking Gourd. Gourd revealed that his 'investigation' had failed before Mirrormasq's role was revealed, so he must have some kind of night ability that did in fact not work on night 2.
Also, I think he's claiming that he got roleblocked again because his previous results claimed were:

It would be easy to fake an investigation saying what powers they had, because many people have already claimed their powers. But the same is not true for flavor.

I don't know. He really should have said what his actions were before dying, but now we just have to go on how he acted. But we know he was a roleblocker, and we know he wouldn't reveal his role under any circumstances, so...

The fact that gourd hasn't been able to provide us with any new info, even though he is a cop, really troubles me.

So there's a chance that you are lying about your role, but at the same time, what I notice regarding Gourd's investigating is:
1st Night: Could be lying about having found that out, as Gourd revealed his role after rabitZ's roleclaim.
2nd Night: Why would it fail?
3rd Night: Fail again? Really?
So basically there is nothing to suggest that Gourd is telling the truth either. But then...where's OUR cop? Murdered?
One more thing; rabitZ's role...I'm starting to find it a bit suspicious that knowing that Shion was Mafia is the only power he has.

I'm just astonished how the way he acted was so contrary to his actual alignment. Isn't there a possibility that MirrorMasq had an ability that faked his actual identity or something?

Okay, but you can't blame me for being a bit skeptical if that's the only piece of information you have..albeit it's a pretty important one that resulted in the lynch of an actual Mafia member. And as ivory was killed during the night, she was definitely an Innocent. So BOD here.

Well, when you're a Mafia member yourself it's pretty easy to determine whether others are innnocent. :p Also, your power had to do with a Innocent-Mafia dynamic (i.e. in the end helping out the Innocents) so I think we could rule out an Independent.
It seems to me that the choice boils down to lynching Gourd, or rabitZ. If Gourd manages to flip town-cop, rabitZ is in the clear. If we lynch rabitZ, and he flips town, I'm not sure that necessarily clears Gourd. Couldn't Gourd still be a scum-cop?

There are 6 players alive at the moment, myself included. I'm going to assume two of us are Independents as a worst-case scenario. Say we lynch an Innocent; that leaves:
2 Indies
2 Mafias
1 Innocent (me)
This would mean the Innocents have no chance in hell of winning, basically.
If we lynch a Mafia member:
2 Indies
1 Mafia
2 Innocents
The Mafia member could then nightkill either an Indie (leading to 1 Indie, 1 Mafia, 2 Innocents) or an Innocent (2 Indies, 1 Mafia, 1 Innocent - game over, in other words).
And if an Independent is lynched:
1 Indie
2 Mafia
2 Innocents
Again a Game Over scenario.
TLDR; we have to lynch a Mafia member or we're screwed. As such, taking chances or planning to lynch one person and then another person the next day are not options.
